Philadelphia Chest on Chest

This magnificent mahogany chest on chest is considered a masterpiece by the late Albert Sack. With an imposing presence, its pediment is fully carved with climbing acanthus flowing from a robust center shell. An asymmetrical peanut cartouche completes the top. The original was made circa 1760-1780.
